Please arrive at least 30 mins before your start time, late arrivals will result in reduced hire time or cancellation. Failure to arrive within 45mins of your scheduled meeting time (starting from 30mins before your booking time) may result in your booking being cancelled without refund.
Late returns will result in a late fee charged from $40-$80 per 15 mins or part thereof. Where a late return directly impacts the next booking, you may be charged up to the full amount of the impacted booking.
